Early Learning Program

Summary

I designed and implemented an eLearning curriculum for both employees and clients to learn how to use our HCM product. The curriculum consisted of video recordings/webinars, hands on exercises, assessments and live instruction.

The program was made available via a client facing portal and created using that site’s built in Content Management System.

This successful launch resulted in call centre ticket volume reduction, SLA, and CSAT improvements during all phases of the client journey.
