Cultural Development 2020 – 2021
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led a team of volunteers to bring together the workforce by improving and promoting our culture, values, and DEIB.
This started with the creation of our Wellness Community in 2020. This acted as a culture carrier for DEI initiatives, leading connectivity between a global office to ensure employees had mental, emotional, and physical support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to the success of this project, in June 2021 it expanded to 3 separate communities dedicated to employee recognition, diversity & inclusion, and health & wellness.
